RESOLVED WONTFIX

nrwt: rename WONTFIX to NEVERFIX

Summary
nrwt: rename WONTFIX to NEVERFIX

There appears to be a lot of confusion about what WONTFIX means. Specifically, people keep using it to mean that it's not a priority right now. In fact, it should mean that we never want to fix it because the test doesn't make sense for our port (e.g. chromium won't ever pass the dashboard compatibility tests). NEVERFIX seems like a more clear name to me that people are less likely to mess up.

Hm. I've never noticed this to be an issue, but I can't say that I've looked very hard. Any guesses as to how many issues are misclassified? Also, perhaps, we should bring back DEFER instead?

It's not clear to me how big of a problem this is, but NEVERFIX seems strictly superior to WONTFIX. I think it would be fine to just change them all to NEVERFIX for now.

I think I'm going to close this WONTFIX. this seems like a simple policy decision to make. If someone wishes to change it, go for it. :)
