Summary Web Inspector: Network Panel needs "collapse shaded columns" button

The shaded columns in the Network Panel can take up a lot of space from the timeline. There should be an option to collapse them. Any idea what the button should look like? It might be easy to confuse with the "use small resource rows" button.

Pavel had a design we worked on. I can't seem to find it though. It was a left or right pointing arrow in the right side of the Name column.

This is more of cosmetics though, increasing timeline size does not address the real scaling issues. See https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56753 on that. I remember we were discussing timeline's zoom implemented for resources. That would also address nasty flickering upon scroll.
