[Qt] We should use USE(QT_MULTIMEDIA) rather than ENABLE(QT_MULTIMEDIA).

We should use USE(QT_MULTIMEDIA) rather than ENABLE(QT_MULTIMEDIA), it sounds better and is aligned with what the others do.
