Testcase

I attached a testcase.

Testcase works as expected in FF 3.1+, IE 9 and Opera 10.5+
Testcase works as expected in Chrome/Safari only if the rotated text doesn't overflow

I am unable to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.4 considering all browsers (Chrome Canary 106 and Firefox Nightly 104) match each other.

If I am testing incorrectly, please test accordingly. Thanks!
