Summary: audio works once only when served remotely, but repeatedly when local

Steps to Reproduce: click on the word 'play' in the attached file

Expected Results: audio plays each time

Actual Results: works fine, except when file is served.

This bug is intended to cover the general case, though only text is used in the testcase.

the same result occurs when using SVG whether inline or embedded to initiate event, and should be checked before closing this bug.

I think this was added to the wrong bug. Reopening.

Although this apparently works for "jay", it doesn't work for anyone using Safari on OS X. Filed https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=63552.
