Summary
Leaks Viewer should make it easy to create permalinks to particular leaks

When filing bugs about leaks, it would be nice to be able to link to Leaks Viewer to show the leaks. This is already somewhat possible with links of the form <
http://build.webkit.org/LeaksViewer/?url=http://example.com/leaks.txt
>. There are at least three improvements that could be made: 1) Update the URL in the address field when the user enters a URL in the prompt so that the resulting URL can then be copied out of the URL field 2) Add a "Permalink" link in Leaks Viewer itself that the user can copy 3) Store the state of the outline view in the Permalink so that all the same nodes will be expanded/highlighted when the user navigates to the permalink.

Bug 56045
is one example where a permalink that included the state of the tree would have been handy.
