Goto http://www.xpertdata.nl/ and click on one of the following links 
(Nieuws,Bedrijf,Wederverkopers,Contact) at the top of the page.

Normally (at least with Firefox and IE) you should now see additional information between the  two 
horizontal lines, but instead.. nothing!

Still reproduces on TOT.  A reduced test case would be very helpful.

Removing NeedsReduction, as this is a dupe of 5789, which does have a reduction.
