Once the fullscreen API is compiling in Chromium, the some of the fullscreen layout tests will timeout unless fullscreen is enabled at runtime. Therefore, we need to skip these tests for Chromium. They will be enabled when fullscreen support is enabled by default. This is tracked by bug 55726.

LayoutTest failures for Chromium are being marked WontFix. The Bug is still accessible and referenced from TestExpectations.
