Derived from http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=73675 This is the first step to make tasks (used in DRT) cancelable. webkit_support should provide the task API which accept WebTask class.

Canceling this to change the plan. Currently WebTask is only for DRT thus shouldn't be under WebKit API.
