fast/frames/iframe-plugin-load-remove-document-crash.html has been crashing on Windows since it was added in r79808.

How does the crash stack look like, it is probably the same as qt one - crash on a null due to plugin not intialized - see bug https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55307. If crash stack is same, lets mark it a dupe.
