1. Navigate to http://webkit.org/ 2. Open the Inspector 3. Select the Network panel Now hover over the empty space in the Name column - its a pointer cursor. This also happens when there are resources loaded, but not enough to fill the entire vertical space and cause scrolling. We should only show the pointer cursor over valid, clickable resources - not whenever the cursor is in the Name column.
