apple-windows-3 (one of our Windows XP Debug (Tests) bots) is running compositing tests, but shouldn't. The other two slaves for Windows XP Debug (Tests) don't run the compositing tests, and we want all the slaves for a particular builder to behave the same way.

I just logged in to apple-windows-3 via RDC to see if that will kick it into a display mode that doesn't support accelerated compositing.
