the colgroup and affiliated COL table tags are ignored. see the url for an example.

Support for table summary has been filed as bug 5328, which leaves us with another issue from this test - support for column alignment. That is a dupe of bug 3241. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 3241 ***
