Some platforms (gtk, qt-wk2, mac-wk2) skip almost all the Geolocation tests in fast/dom/Geolocation because they do not provide a mock. In order to make the Skipped files more manageable, and to avoid having to update them when a new Geolocation test that requires a mock is added, we should move those commonly skipped tests into a separate directory, e.g. fast/dom/Geolocation/mock.
