repro case Having horizontal padding and a border on a contenteditable element makes "enter" produce drawing artifacts. See attached repro case: Expected: On enter, the caret moves down a line, and the element expands vertically. Actual: Drawing artifacts, see attached screenshot. Works fine in Ff3.6 and Ff4 beta.

I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 159 and Chrome Canary 110 and it shows similar weird artifact as in reference image while Firefox Nightly 109 does not. Just wanted to update latest testing results. Thanks!
