It was correct in latest stable version 7.x of Chrome, is broken in new stable version 8.x. I'm not able to try it in nightly-build of Webkit, downloading is toooo slow, but I'm trying and will come back later, if I'll succeed. However, it is the same for WinXP and Win7 and on enclosed screenshot you can see, what's wrong...

Works on Mac with trunk, didn't check older versions. Would be really helpful to know if it works in Safari nightly. Otherwise it is a ChromeWin only problem.

Created attachment 75675 [details] Checked on WebKit-SVN-r73302, and it is really better, glowing box model is gone, what is good, but at the same time, it is not computed/rendered well (IMHO), compared to Opera/Firefox, since there is shift of glow towards bottom right, when it should be centered -> the same on all the sides...

I agree, the blurring is a bit shifted. Feel free to open a new bug report about this. But IIRC we already have reports about this issue. Closing this bug for now.
