I am unable to reproduce this bug using STP189 and I tried to reduce viewport to make scrollbars appear but it does not cause any artifacts like reference screenshots but it does clip or make shadow solid grey but it matches with Chrome Canary 124 as well when the viewport is smaller. Marking this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED', please reopen if it is still reproducible with updated test case and steps to reproduce. Thanks!
