Summary tooltips for accesskeys associated to elements

I'd like a feature, like in konqueror, that when you press ctrl for a while, tooltips are shown next to all elements that have an accesskey associated with it. This tooltip should ofcourse display the accesskey for that element. A screenshot of this behavior in Konqueror will be attached in a few secs.
