The approved/getElementsByClassName/010.xml test fails with WebKit nightly build r70732 run in Safari 5.0.x.

This issue is not reproducible in FF, Safari 5.0.5 & Winlauncher setup (r86221). The test case is being passed in all the above cases

Safari passes all test cases now: https://wpt.fyi/results/dom/nodes?label=master&label=experimental&aligned&view=subtest&q=getElementsByClassName I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED WONTFIX". Thanks!
