Summary
REGRESSION links to named anchors don't scroll to the right place

Reported

Summary: Links to named anchors don't scroll to where the anchor is but rather, it seems, to the next text after the anchor, which may be someplace else. To reproduce: 1) Open the testcase in Safari 2) Click the "Click here" link 3) Click the "Now click here" link Expected: in step 2, Safari to scroll to the top of the solid red box; in step 3, to scroll to the top of the dashed red box. Firefox and Safari GM behave as expected. Actual: in step 2, Safari scrolls to "Now click here"; in step 3, it scrolls to "Hello". Analysis: it seems to scroll to the first text following the anchor. If you put text between the opening and closing A tags of the named anchor, then it will scroll there.

Confirmed, good testcase, though automating this one would be good i think.
