Why is this needed? The soft-linking should be sufficient to prevent problems on WinCE.

I made this changes before I ported the softlinking. It's not really needed, but because I've done this already I thought maybe someone else is interessed in.
Feel free to close the bug as WONTFINX.

OK, I don't think we need two different ways of disabling uxtheme.dll.
