Safari 15.5 matches other browsers

I am unable to reproduce this bug based on attached test case in Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4.

The output is not matching expecting output since it is showing few lines as bold and showing "html" as well but it is matching across all browsers.

Considering it is matching with all other, can this be considered as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED"? Thanks!

Yeah, all browsers match the behavior.
