Ctrl-clicking a link on reddit.com triggers visited state

Not entirely sure this is a bug, but it doesn't seem like proper behavior: If you right-click an anchor tag link, the link becomes :visited -- even if the link was not visited. Steps to reproduce: 1. Navigate to
http://reddit.com
2. Right-click any blue (non-visited default color) link to bring up contextual menu 3. Click away from the menu (cancel the modal menu) Expected Result: Link should remain blue (indicating it has not been visited) Actual Result: Link turns purple (indicating the link has been visited) Workaround: Reload the page, link returns to blue (non-visited)
