Summary Phantom bottom border in borderless table cell w/ border-collapse

Created attachment 62517 [details] reduction of the bug Imagine you have a table styled with "border-collapse:collapse;" containing two rows. The first row has two cells, one with a border and one without. The second row has only one cell with a colspan of 2 and no border. In this situation, a phantom border appears on the bottom of the second cell (the borderless one) in the first row. This occurs regardless of how many cells there are on either side of the relevant cells. Using the web inspector on the cell reveals that even WebKit thinks that there shouldn't be a border there. This behavior does not occur in Firefox (Mac) or IE8 (Windows 7).

Created attachment 73193 [details] bug clearly shown Shows this really annoying, "unconfirmed" bug. Works fine on Firefox, but not on Webkit (i.e. Chrome & Safari).
