All bugs filed via webkit-patch have the following settings:

Platform: Other
OS: Mac OS X 10.5

This is wrong for bugs that affect other platforms, or multiple platforms. It would be nice to have a way to set these fields for bugs filed via webkit-patch.

This is really easy.  If you look at how --blocks is implemented, you just want to add something parallel to that.
