it would be great to have Geolocation and Notifications share the same approach in their API for prompting the client for permission.
This helps client to have easier way to implement all user permissions at one place.

This is same as bug #41364. Qt specific implementation is required similar to notification which was checked-in in bug #41413. Marking this duplicate.
