Hrm, I always have trouble using this dashboard :( Would you be so kind and upload screenshots here when it fails? Couldn't easily find one myselves. Or maybe you can even guide me on how to find it :-)
I think "show results" link does the job. http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showExpectations=true&useWebKitCanary=true&tests=svg%2Fcustom%2Ftext-rotated-gradient.svg Screen shots are at the bottom of the page.

Really weird, sometimes the text is all black, right? Not sure what's happening on the Skia side. Hm, how to proceed? Can you reproduce it locally?

> Really weird, sometimes the text is all black, right? You are looking at windows results, it's an old story (already fixed). Please check "platform/chromium-linux" vs "ACTUAL RESULTS: Webkit Linux (webkit.org)" and also "DIFF: Webkit Linux (webkit.org)" -> RenderSVGRoot {svg} at (0,0) (0,13) size 800x600 689x289 > Hm, how to proceed? Can you reproduce it locally? No idea, I hoped that you know.
http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showExpectations=true&useWebKitCanary=true&tests=svg%2Fcustom%2Ftext-rotated-gradient.svg In 33% cases text-rotated-gradient.svg produces different image on linux (see "platform/chromium-linux" vs "ACTUAL RESULTS: Webkit Linux (webkit.org)"). Specifically, letter "S" in small text "TEST" is rendered differently, please see attached screenshot.
