<video>.buffered should contain an entry for each loaded part of a <video>. Instead, WebKit creates one range from <video>.startTime to the farthest-loaded position, ignoring unloaded segments in between (seeking).

Hmmm, looking for a more appropriate component, since the code for this won't lie in JSC. Guessing media elements?
