Procedure to reproduce the error. 1. Open www.live.com 2. Click "Sign Up" button. 3. Fill all the fields and press "I accept" The page is in working state and it remains at that state. The sign up never completes.

The version field says "Safari 3.2". Is that what you were using indeed?
