On http://www.monster.com/, the hover menus go behind the Flash if you have Flash 10.1 installed.

This issue is only partially resolved. when editing a page in TinyMCE (the most widely used CMS) the issue still exists. I tested today with the latest nightly build. here are screenshots of what's happening: http://www.test1.easyprowebtools.com/index.php?page=50 let me know if you need access to my CMS for testing and I will email it to you because obviously I do not want to put my CMS log-in info on the web.
