This is a problem for layers whose anchor point isn't at the center of the layer as is the case in: http://webkit.org/blog-files/3d-transforms/transform-style.html

Comment on attachment 58095 [details] Proposed patch I think I understand what's going on. We should really start looking into enabling 3D transform tests for Chromium and looking at those. See crbug.com/8455.
