Scrolling sometimes disable itself. I.e.

 - Sometimes scrolling does not change view
 - Sometimes horisontal scrolling appear (moving horisontally nothing changes) with no apparent reason

Both things happens when page is already loaded. Reloading helps.

No response in a year, so I'm going to close the issue. If you still see it feel free to reopen. Scrolling has changed quite a bit since this was opened.
