Created attachment 56639 [details] HTML file. Launch the attached HTML page "Txt_shadow.html" and the expected result should display the text in the bottom box with red/neon shadow. Actual result: When the HTML page is launched the red/neon shadow is not shown, plain text is displayed. Safari browser: NOT Reproducible Anomaly browser: Reproducible.
