Open the URL and move to the next slide, the effect works very slow.

I bet it's caused by boxBlur performance being crap. Try disabling filters and see if it is an improvement?

Yep, I think you are right, I'm going to duplicate this bug with the one krit opened and devote some time checking how we can fix this. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 39582 ***
