componentFromPoint allows the user to detect where in a scrollbar the user clicked. This is useful when doing virtualized scrolling.

This was IE specific API and I don't see any reference in any other browsers whether it was implemented or not. I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED WONTFIX". Please reopen, if I am wrong here. Thanks!
