I think it would be helpful for sheriffbot to give detailed help for a command when someone says "sheriffbot: help <command name>". This would mirror the behavior of webkit-patch and svn, which both follow this syntax. E.g.,: <aroben> sheriffbot: help rollout <sheriffbot> aroben: rollout: Creates a patch to roll out a specified revision and posts it to Bugzilla. Usage: rollout SVN_REVISION REASON
