When setting the width on a cell that has padding on a table with table-layout: fixed, an incorrect width is calculated. See the supplied URL for a simple test case and more examples.

Created attachment 461677 [details] Safari 15.6 and STP 151 match with other browsers I am unable to reproduce this bug using test case in the URL field and as can be seen from attached screenshots, all browsers agree with each other and "grey" does not overflow for first two broken cases over the table. Further, Safari Technology Preview 151 render same as Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 (just due to window / test case size, I only took screenshot with STP 151). Since all browsers are rendering fine, I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED WONTFIX" since it was not "New" else it would have been "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Thanks!
