To reproduce: 1. Go to
http://annevankesteren.nl/
2. Move your mouse across the links in the sidebar (e.g., from top to bottom) The links are supposed to grow/shrink as you mouse over them. But performance is so horrible that it's really hard to see the effect at all. Compare this to Mac, where things are silky smooth.

Things are silky smooth in 4.0.5 on Windows, so this is a regression since then.

Turning off accelerated compositing makes the bug go away.

This seems fixed in ToT (if you have WebKitQuartzCoreAdditions.dll).
