See the "STATIC "FRAME5" - THIS IFRAME HOVERS OVER IMAGE!" The "Coldwell Banker" image is supposed to float in the center of the oval image, and it does not. Enable the code in Bug 36894 to reproduce.

It seems to work fine nowadays: Link - http://www.samisite.com/moreiframes/hover.htm Tested via Safari 16.2, Chrome Canary 111 and Firefox Nightly 110. Marking this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Thanks!
