[Chromium] home + end do the wrong thing on Mac

Summary
[Chromium] home + end do the wrong thing on Mac

home/end should be noops. shift+home and shift+end should extend the selection to the beginning/end of the editable region. Right now they move the extent of the selection to the start/end of the current line, which is the correct Win/Linux behavior.

It looks like shift+home/end does the correct Mac behavior now. But home/end still move the selection to the beginning/end of the line.
