This bug report originated from issue QTBUG-5937 http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-5937 --- Description --- When pressing backspace from QGraphicsWebView the character is getting deleted but FEP doesn't get updated.<br/> For better explanation see <span class="nobr"><a href="http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-4847">http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-4847<sup><img class="rendericon" src="http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/images/icons/linkext7.gif" height="7" width="7" align="absmiddle" alt="" border="0"/></sup></a></span> --- Comments --- Closed incorrectly earlier because the test application used didn't actually use QGraphicsWebView -&gt; Reopened and invalid comment deleted. Use the test application attached to QTBUG-5304 to verify this case in the future. Created patch: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33836
