Bug 35579 – Assertion failure beneath ScriptValue::deserialize when showing Inspector

I'm not sure how to reproduce this. What I did was:

1. Went to a page (the URL isn't publicly accessible)
2. Pressed Cmd-Opt-I to show the Inspector

Then I hit this assertion in Heap::allocate:

    ASSERT(JSLock::lockCount() > 0);
