This is fairly obscure, but it looks like hit testing reports incorrect results in some situations. Regression forthcoming.

Regression range is r47409-r47546, according to WebKit nightlies. Dave Hyatt's massive overflow changes are in this range (r47440 and r47517) along with a bunch of other stuff.
