Zooming an SVG crops the figure and is acting irregulary

Summary
Zooming an SVG crops the figure and is acting irregulary

If trying to zoom in on an SVG displayed seperately, like the ones below, they will be cropped. Also, the zoom is acting irregularly. It seems that zooming in first zooms in, then out again, and this goes on in a loop. Selecting Actual Size doesn't bring back the dimensions that the figure had upon loading or reloading.

Btw. it seems the zoom-issue isn't present in Chrome 4.0.302.2 for Mac, but the cropping issue is still present.

The "crop" issue also occurs under Windows XP using the QT 4.6.1 Assistant application (Nokia): If you zoom in an HTML page containing SVG pictures, these get bigger, but above a certain size they get clipped. The same HMTL file is properly zoomed when opened in Mozilla Firefox v3.
