WebKit gtk build fails with following error with Libsoup 2.29.3 tar ball, WebKit/gtk/webkit/webkitprivate.cpp:306: error: ‘SOUP_TYPE_CONTENT_DECODER’ was not declared in this scope (This is mentioned in http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/BuildingGtk page too). Support for SoupContentDecoder was added in 2.28.2 (http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/gnome/sources/libsoup/2.28/libsoup-2.28.2.news), but for some reason support is not available in 2.29.3. Support got added again in 2.29.5 (http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/gnome/sources/libsoup/2.29/libsoup-2.29.5.news). It would be nice that, WebKit mentions the dependency of 2.29.5 version of libsoup.

We don't depend on 2.29.5, since 2.28.2 will work fine. If you are using unstable versions of libsoup just update to the latest one. This is the best we can do given how the feature landed in soup, so closing as WONTFIX.
