EWS (Early Warning Systems) should build both debug and release

For all of the ports which have fast enough build systems, we should build both debug and release in our EWS builds.

We can do chromium now.  It's an easy change.

This turned out to be too slow for our current hardware.  We're now back to just release for chromium-ews
