Cannot click anything in a flash video... nothing is clickable

Please provide more information. On which pages does this occur? Which version of Flash are you using? Which version of WebKit are you using?

R53178, Flash 10.1 d51 <- noticed this only in the last few build of nightly any flash video, try youtube or anywhere... where problem occurred page status will says Loading page... completed x of y...

Mass closing plug-in bugs, as plug-in support has been removed from WebKit. Please comment and/or reopen if this still affects WebKit in some way.
