Using Safari 1.3 (v312) on Mac OS X 10.3.

Open http://usmint.gov

Click on 'Buy Online' on the left.

Resulting screen renders incorrectly with overlapping buttons and is also not functional.

This site renders and works fine on Firefox.

This was reported in a previous radar bug for this site (which includes a reduced test case). I will find that 
bug number and reference it here.

This is really a duplicate of http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3419 since they share the 
same root cause. This problem has been fixed in latest TOT webkit (06/17).
