Summary [WebDriver BiDi] input.performActions: interpolate the pointer moves of a tic...

SimulatedInputDispatcher waits for each source's interpolated pointerMove to finish before it moves on to the next source in the tick. Per "dispatch tick actions", a tick's actions run concurrently and the tick lasts its longest duration. With two pointers, or a pointer and a wheel, each moving for 500 ms in one tick, the tick takes 1 s instead of 500 ms. Suggested fix: record each move as a pending motion, finish the source's transition, and advance all of the tick's pending motions on one timer before the tick completes.
