If you attempt to build WebDriver or WebInspector, it becomes a combination of internal xcodebuild and OpenSource cmake build products. The Xcode build step can clobber the products of the cmake build, which is undesirable since that forces developers to do the full build in xcodebuild. Instead, we should make the two builds work properly together. This is the OpenSource portion of the change.
